EATING RIGHT WHEN THE BUDGET IS TIGHT PART1

In this series we will be talking about basic ways to save money on groceries and keeping more money in your wallet. There are plenty of ways to save at the grocery store, a big way to save is to cook at home and limit the number of times you eat out.

It is easier to cook at home if you have a plan for the week and well stocked cabinets. By coupon shopping you will stock up on items when they are on sale and you will begin to see your stockpile grow.
