QUIET BLACK FRIDAY

Im sure you have all heard of all the great deals taking place on the day after Thanksgiving (Black Friday). Lots of folks get up at the crack of dawn just to take advantage of these exceptional deals. I look at all the ads and I think WOW there are alot of great deals. As for me, im not much of a "crowd shopper" I love a great deal and all, but the thought of hour long+lines and shoulder to shoulder crowds does not do it for me.

If you on the other hand are up for thrill check out all the fliers that will be delivered today, in your mail and newspapers. I may post some of the highlights later today.
As for me and my family we are going to enjoy some family time at home. We have a tradition of putting Christmas things up around the house.

$1.00 Red Baron Pannini at Meijer

The Red Baron brand Pannini sandwiches are on sale for $2.50 this week, mutiple boxes had a $1.50 peel off sticker at my Meijer. I got quite a few boxes for a $1.00. They are REALLY good for a frozen sandwich, they come out crispy in the microwave. So check out your Meijer store freezer for boxes with $1.50 coupons on them.

$4.00 games at Target

Target has some great board games on sale this week for $4.00. Classic games like Chutes and Ladders, Cooties, CandyLand and many more. (Think Christmas) These are great games for family game night.

SAVE $ WITH A BROWN BOTTLE OF PEROXIDE!

I have been hearing alot about peroxide lately. Yes you heard me right, "peroxide". I guess I did not realize the many benefits that are packed into this inexpensive brown bottle in most homes.
Here is a list of some of the great things peroxide can do.

1. Take one capful (the little white cap that comes with the bottle) and hold in your mouth for 10 minutes daily, then spit it out. No more canker sores, and your teeth will be whiter without expensive pastes. Use it instead of Mouthwash.

2. Let your toothbrushes soak in a cup of peroxide to keep them free of germs.

3. Clean your counters and table tops with peroxide to kill germs and leave a fresh smell. Simply put a little on your dishrag when you wipe, or spray it on the counters.

4. After rinsing off your wooden cutting board, pour peroxide on it to kill salmonella and other bacteria.

5. Soak any infections or cuts in 3% peroxide for five to ten minutes several times a day.

6. If you have a terrible toothache and cannot get to a dentist right away, put a capful of 3% peroxide into your mouth and hold it for ten minutes several times a day. The pain will lessen greatly.

WOW, think of all the ways you can save money and help save the earth as well.

CHEAP KELLOGGS CEREAL AT MEIJER

With the great Mega event at Kroger the last few weeks, I feel so stocked up, and nothing has looked that great this week as far as groceries. I did find that Kelloggs cereal is on sale this week at Meijer 3 for $7.00, that is about $ 2.33 a box. There are $1.00 coupons off cereal. I happened to get quite a few coupon inserts that week, so I have stocked up on Kelloggs for about $1.33 a box. They are the bigger box sized.

Not a great deal, but the deals have been somewhat sparce this week. I will keep my eyes open and also post on some upcoming deals on Christmas gifts.

This week at Meijer Green Giant frozen steamed veggies are on sale for .89. There are several .40 and .50 coupons out there making them free or almost free!

This is the last day of sales for this week's Kroger ad.
If you have not done so already, check out the Mega event sale. Even if you have no coupons you can get 10 $1.00 items for $5.00. For every 10 items you buy, Kroger will take off $5.00.
This is the second week in a row Kroger has offered this and me and my family have enjoyed a bunch of FREE goodies!

This week at Meijer you can get Kraft salad dressing on sale 3 for $5.00. If you buy 4, you get back $4.00 in catalina's for your next visit. (a receipt that comes out of the catalina machine next to the register) I have (3 ) $1.00 Kraft salad dressing coupons.(the ones with olive oil in them)
Im going to try to get 4 tomorrow and the price should be $3.37 out of pocket and I will get back $4.00.
