SENSATIONAL BACK TO SCHOOL

So I venture out for back to school supplies tonight along with a good friend(thanks Lisa)
First we hit Staples and got our 8 pack of pencils for 1 penny (limit 2) the nice cashier let us do several transactions each, so I got 6 packs of pencils for 6cent! Then we got some folders for a penny each, they were out of Purell hand sanitizer(what do you expect we were their last customers for the night) then we head over to Wal Mart for some SURPRISE specials.

150 sheets paper .50 cents
1 subject notebooks .5 cents
24 count crayons .22 cents
2 pack glue sticks .22cents
Crayola markers and colored pencils 12 pack .88 cents each.
Ahh it feels good to have back to school supply shopping done and over with.
So head on out to Wal Mart as these items are going quickly!!!!!!!

Staples

Back to school sales are arriving early everywhere. Today and tommorrow at Staples you can get pocket folders(solid colors), #2 8 pack of pencils and 0.5 oz bottles of Purell hand sanitizers for 1 penny each. Go to http://www.staples.com/ to find a store near you and click on weekly ads on the bottom left of the screen to view the weekly ad.

New CVS scanner

I thought i would mention the new scanners at most CVS stores. When you enter the store you will see a red scanner, swipe your CVS Extra Care card and you will receive printed coupons for the store right then and there. I almost always get a $3 off $15.00 cvs brand coupon or $4 off $20.00 coupon. These are great coupons to stack with manufactured coupons. So even if your just popping in for an item or two, swipe your card through the scanner.

Back to school savings

Wal Mart super cheap back to school deals are coming up in July. They normally go unadvertised, but the prices are sensational. Im going to stop in there at the end of the week and check it out. Last year I got both my kids supplies for under $5.00. We get the school supply list at the end of the previous school year, so that helps, but folders, crayons, glue, glue sticks etc are all 5-10 cents. Crayola also has deals on markers and colored pencils for under 50 cents. So look out for these deals at Wal Mart.

Coffee Mate Coupon at Kroger

I keep getting a 50 cent off coupon for Coffee Mate Creamer with my receipt at Kroger. They double it and it has been on sale for $2.19 for a few weeks now, so $1.19 for flavored creamer is not bad. We keep making chilled coffee with ice cubes and flavored creamer. Yumm.
